The Final Game

Our final game is Sunday evening. We are playing the Red team as they tied Yellow and ended up one point ahead. That said, there are at least four people who won't be able to make the game so be prepared to play a lot.

The gathering at Conor O'Neill's last Friday was great. We had a good turn out and everyone seemed to have fun. I think we should get together to watch another game soon. It was suggested that we have a team golf outing this summer between the seasons. Keep it in mind and let me know what you think.

The World Cup

Here is the TV schedule for the World Cup. A couple people have already volunteered to host some viewing parties, but if anyone else is interested, it'd be cool to watch more games together. It would also be fun to get together at a bar and watch a few games. I know Conor O'Neill's in Ann Arbor will be showing the games, but if you know of other places, we can mix it up a bit.

In other news, there is a pick-up game in Ypsilanti on Sunday morning at 11:00 if anyone is interested in playing at the field on the corner of Congress and Mansfield. Right now there are only about 10 people, so come on and join the game.

The Spring Outdoor Season

The first game of the season will be next Sunday, the 23rd. Please be there at 4:30 with your money so we can fill out the registration forms ahead of time. Supposedly, we are getting a new color this year too, so it looks like the old white and blues shirts many of us have been using will become obselete soon. We're still using them for indoor though.
